Commodity-specific products for Peaches
Peaches are highly perishable and susceptible to a number of decay organisms that can ruin product arrival at the market. PrimaFresh 200 is an easy to use stonefruit coating that is compatible with Scholar™ fungicide, allowing the physiological benefits from the coating to be combined with the decay control benefits of registered fungicides. Selectrocide™ biocide and the fruit wash product CS-7100 can be used to ensure effective washing of peaches and reduce potential cross contamination that can increase decay. Effective equipment cleaning and sanitation is also an important component to prevent potential cross contamination of peaches.
